send lvalue-reference into std::move(): tested!

[[effModernC++]] only shows examples of passing nonref variables into std::move().

The declaration of std::move() is unreadable to me.

https://github.com/tiger40490/repo1/blob/cpp1/cpp1/rvrDemo.cpp show pass a lvalue-reference to std::move() is equivalent to passing the original nonref — the referenced object gets robbed.
