no in-class field init in c++ #use ctor

class A{
int first=0;
};

C++ forbids non-static field init like this. Alternative is ctor initializer.

If this is a static field, then the special rule applies — only integer static field can be initialized in-class, but must still be defined (without init) outside the class.
